For more than 15 years, I’ve built my career around one simple belief: the right relationships change everything.

My experience spans physician recruitment, healthcare marketing, strategic communications, and executive recruitment, giving me a unique perspective on what makes both healthcare organizations and providers thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve successfully recruitment physicians and advanced practice providers, partnered with healthcare executives, and developed recruitment strategies centered around people-not placements.

I founded Physician & Found because I believe recruiting should be personal. Every physician has unique career goals and lifestyle needs. Every organization has its own culture, mission, and vision. My role is to understand both sides deeply and create authentic connections that lead to lasting success.

I don’t believe in filling positions. I believe in finding the right fit - for physicians, healthcare organizations, and ultimately the patients they serve.
